On the buyer side, there are many hurdles, and particularly for first-time homebuyers, its important to have someone who will walk you through the entire process and explain things clearly. Home-buying should be fun and exciting, not stressful. Thats where I come in. I'll coordinate everything, including the inspections, negotiations, and working with the title company and seller's agent.
